Love has become the greatest stumbling block to many Christians, because we have used “love our neighbors as ourselves” as an excuse not to share the Gospel. This applies particularly towards the LGBT community.
We all know and love someone in the LGBT community – someone with whom we don’t think we can be honest and share the Truth with. But we as Christians need to remember that we can stand in truth and with love at the same time and that loving our neighbor doesn’t mean affirming their lifestyle.
On this episode of “The Elephant in the Room” series, I talk about how to love the LGBT community like Jesus, with both grace and truth.
