SHOW NOTES

We lock the front door of our house to protect our family. If you wouldn’t let a person you don’t know walk into your home, why would you want someone who is unknown walking into the front door of our country? Immigration and national security are tough topics for many Christians. We are called to love our neighbor and take care of the widows and orphans. But we also called to submit to the governing authority. My dad has said the job of the church is to love people, but the job of the government is to provide careful security for its citizens. This is another issue that is not just political, but it’s Biblical. Today on the #FearlessPodcast, I’m taking a look at what the Bible says about immigration and national security – one of the 8 topics our families are facing which are covered in my Election Prayer Guide.
