Love it or hate it, Taylor Swift has been everywhere lately. Whether on the news or on social media, NFL games or the GRAMMYs. One mention really stuck out to me—when an article came out saying she could determine this year’s presidential election. It’s a scary thought to think of a Taylor Swift influenced election. But, in 2024 that’s where we are. Whether you are talking about people on the left or the right, people have become sheep—not thinking for themselves and following the crowd. Who are you following when you make decisions in your life? If you answered Taylor Swift, any social media influencer, or even your favorite news commentator, it’s time to make a change. We, as a society are too smart for that.
