As parents, we are in a battle for the souls of our children; as Christians, we are in a battle for the soul of our nation. This may sound dramatic, but every day we can see first-hand how our values are under attack – especially as we get closer to Election Day. Today, Pastor Gary Hamrick joins me for a new episode of the #FearlessPodcast to talk about how the fight is now at our front door. His church, Cornerstone Chapel is in the backyard of Washington DC, and they have seen members of their church face attacks because of their rights as parents, their belief to not embrace transgenderism, taking a stand for what’s being taught to their children, and more.
My grandfather, Billy Graham, often said that Psalms would teach you how to get along with God, And the Proverbs teach you how to get along with man. Pastor Gary shares how he has encouraged his church to navigate the battles they encounter with Proverbs as their guide, and he encourages us to do the same.
